DISA Global Operations Command Request Fulfillment Branch serves as the day-to-day customer interface bridging DISA products and services, cultivating partnerships, and sustaining DGOC focus on the customers.

Functions of the Request Fulfillment Branch:

  • Customer Training (Telecom Seminar, DISA Direct)
  • Elevate and keep customer issues on the "Front Burner"
  • Provide end-to-end visibility for customer requirements through Project Management
  • Assist customer in management of their communications (R&R)
  • Crisis Action Team support during critical outages
